1/4/11

Hey, so far so good this year! I've posted more this year than I did since I created the blog! I actually managed to get my workout in tonight, too! I did a little bit of weight training. The program was supposed to use dumbbells, but I did my workout at home and don't have any dumbbells here. I did use some 2lb weighted balls that I had. Some resistance is better than none, right?

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the next few weeks. I'm hoping that this program that I've got going on with Tiff really keeps me motivated! We shall see.
