Today's workout is arms and back. I'm looking forward to it. I like the fact that I'm already seeing some results. I'm trying to pace myself though. I don't want to start working out like crazy and then burn out. I think that's what happens most of the time. I'm hoping that if I can stick to this 30-day workout plan, it will become a habit and I will stick with it. But I'm also trying to not plan too far out. Let me just get through this day, through this goal with Tiffany... Baby steps!
